OLD dumpling-shaped dish made of unleavened dough (made of flour, water and salt). A traditional snack of Turkish and Mongolian and Caucasian peoples. Very popular in almost all Asian countries and in Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Finland.
chebureks are eaten without the use of cutlery as a street snack to satisfy the taste buds.
It is a dumpling with a distinctive shape, a thin dough with a tightly sealed filling inside, which, when exposed to high heat, steams inside and makes the dough fluffy and soft on the inside. On the other hand, the process of deep-frying “crisps” the crust from the outside like a fava bean, which, combined with the freshly steamed filling of cheese or fruit meat inside (according to our recipe), gives this dish a unique and distinctive flavor.
In addition to our chebureks, you’ll also find cold drinks, including water, sodas, coffee, tea and bread sour.
